...flows out of the cave entrance. Signs in several places say not to swim past the buoys, but people are sunning themselves on rocks or cooling off in the cave shadows. Suntan oil is also strictly prohibited in the water, but I see people slathering it on. The only time the personnel said anything over the loud speaker, as far as I could tell, was to warn a car owner that they are improperly parked.

Doggy paddling in the shallow end, with the seaweed and black fishies. It reminded me fondly of languid afternoon swims with my grandmother.

Where does it find enough moisture and light to bloom? (Note how the leaves and stems are dried out.) No wonder cyclamen makes a cheap and sturdy houseplant.
